Well, I looked for this file and it seems that it doesn't exist. Whenever the ocx is called, Windows installer pops up with error 1309 and starts looking for tons of files in subfolders of theART folder which do not exist for the 2000RT. I'm almost positive that SKU011.CAB is a file on your Office 2003 CD. Fear no more!
